The SCBI Evangelism Assessment Profile (EAP) helps churches evaluate the effectiveness of their evangelistic efforts by measuring both activity and outcomes.

For each category, select the score that best reflects your church’s current reality. Answer honestly based on consistent patterns rather than isolated events.

The purpose of this assessment is not to assign a grade, but to identify strengths, opportunities, and next steps toward building a stronger culture of evangelism.

Gospel Conversations: What percentage of those attending worship share the Gospel with a lost person at least once a week?(Required)
Gospel Conversions: How many people have come to faith in Christ through the ministry and witness of our church during the past 12 months compared to our average worship attendance?(Required)
Baptisms: How effectively is our church seeing new believers publicly identify with Christ through believer baptism?(Required)
New Believer Discipleship: How intentionally are new believers being guided toward spiritual maturity and disciple-making?(Required)
Mobilization: How faithfully are members embracing their role as missionaries where they live, work, study, and recreate?(Required)
