DESCRIPTION
SCBI and SCUSA are partnering together to launch a pilot initiative designed specifically for BI–VO Pastors. This Saturday morning seminar is part of a new effort to listen well, support you intentionally, and walk alongside you in the unique calling you carry.
This gathering is for BI–VO Pastors only, and your presence truly matters. We value your time, your energy, your church, and the faithful work you are doing—often while carrying multiple responsibilities. You are not alone, and we want you to know that we hear you and are committed to understanding your needs.
Your attendance and input during this pilot seminar will help shape future opportunities, including a BI–VO Pastors Retreat and Cohort Launch coming in August as the next step in this initiative.
Speaker Spotlight
Terry Thompson
Terry is a high energy leader who loves life and is always on the lookout for a good adventure. Terry was lead pastor of Rock Point Church in Crawfordsville, IN for 24 years. Under his leadership Rock Point was transformed from an unhealthy, struggling church revitalization project of 20 people, to a thriving church of over 1,000 in Sunday morning worship. In 2022, Terry successfully transitioned the church to a next generation pastor. Today he is the founder of a church revitalization ministry called Small Church USA.
