As an ambassador of the King, you are to appeal to those who are lost, reconciling them through Christ-just as you have been reconciled. The mission takes men of courage, men of authenticity, men of INTEGRIS!

Terry Thompson
Terry is a high energy leader who loves life and is always on the lookout for a good adventure. Terry was lead pastor of Rock Point Church in Crawfordsville, IN for 24 years. Under his leadership Rock Point was transformed from an unhealthy, struggling church revitalization project of 20 people, to a thriving church of over 1,000 in Sunday morning worship. In 2022, Terry successfully transitioned the church to a next generation pastor. Today he is the founder of a church revitalization ministry called Small Church USA.
