Full-Time Children’s Ministry Director

Calvary Baptist Church in Seymour, Indiana, is seeking a full-time Children’s Ministry Director to lead a Christ-centered ministry for children from infancy through sixth grade. Responsibilities include overseeing Sunday and Wednesday children’s programming, Awana, Vacation Bible School, children’s camp, seasonal events, volunteer recruitment and training, parent communication, and ministry administration. Candidates should have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, children’s ministry experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and agreement with the church’s statement of faith and core values. The estimated compensation package is $48,000 annually and includes salary, parsonage, and paid utilities.
