Associate Director (Full-time)

Metro Baptist Center in inner-city Indianapolis seeks a Christ-centered leader to assist with daily operations, volunteer coordination, and gospel-focused outreach to meet practical needs with dignity and care. The Associate Director will support ongoing food and clothing ministries, provide counseling and encouragement, and strengthen partnerships with local churches to advance the mission of proclaiming the hope of Jesus Christ in the heart of the city.
