Bi-Vocational / Retired Pastor

Little Pigeon Baptist Church in Lamar, Indiana, is seeking a bi-vocational or retired pastor to lead a close-knit congregation of approximately 50 members. The pastor will be responsible for delivering expository preaching, leading Bible study, and providing balanced ministry through teaching, evangelism, and pastoral care. Candidates must demonstrate a clear calling from God, meet biblical qualifications outlined in Scripture, and affirm the Bible as the inspired and inerrant Word of God. The role includes working alongside church leadership to encourage spiritual growth and support the church’s mission while upholding its constitution. This position offers a supportive and flexible environment, with compensation based on experience and church resources.
