Wayne City Baptist Church in Wayne City, Illinois is seeking a full‑time Lead Pastor for a congregation of 50–75 people. The church desires a relational shepherd who loves both the church and community and faithfully preaches and teaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Compensation is $55,000–$65,000 based on experience and education, with a large brick parsonage provided. The church is next to the local K–12 school and has active ministries including Wednesday night youth (about 60 kids), VBS, freezer meals, and Sewers for Christ.
