The Minister of Children & Outreach at First Southern Baptist Church (Terre Haute, IN) is seeking a Christ-centered leader to shepherd children from birth through 5th grade and to guide the church’s outreach ministries in the community. This position partners closely with the Senior Pastor to develop gospel-focused worship, discipleship, and events that connect families to the life of the church. The role includes leading children’s programming, coordinating outreach efforts, and overseeing related volunteer, communications, and ministry responsibilities.
