NorthWoods is a growing Southern Baptist church of ~750, seeking a full-time, theologically grounded Worship Director to lead Christ-centered, modern worship and develop volunteer teams. This on-campus role includes weekend worship leadership, oversight of production/tech, and active partnership with the pastoral staff in advancing the church’s vision toward 1,200 and beyond.
