Annual Church Profiles

INSTRUCTIONS

to complete a church or church plant’s ACP Annual Church Profile:

You will need to enter the User Name (SBC ID#) and Password for your church. If you do not have these, please email Tracy Stewart with your church name and city to request your ACP log-on information.

Click this link to SBC Workspace.

• Enter User Name and Password and click “Login”
• Enter a Display Name that will identify your church. Click “Save Changes.”
• To update your church information, click on your church name. If you do, this is where updates can be made for your church address and contact information on the “General” tab. There is also a tab to update “Staff.” Click “Home” to return to the previous page for the ACP link.
• Click “ACP Statistical Profile” to enter ACP information.
• Click “Indiana Supplemental Survey” to complete additional information.
• When you click “Save” that you also click on the second save tab in response to “Is the survey complete?” Click the green bar Yes…
