WHAT: I am urging every pastor to call his congregation to intense and extended prayer for a mighty move of God among his people in Indiana and beyond.
HOW: Each pastor is encouraged to determine how best to organize, emphasize and pray as we have never prayed before. Pray Sunday by Sunday, Wednesday by Wednesday. Use your prayer chains, small groups, men’s and women’s ministries, and prayer rooms. Ask your teens and shut-ins, individuals and large groups. Join with other pastors and churches. Pray with fasting, focusing on renewal and revival.
THE PROCESS: We are not asking for more meetings, but we are urging more praying as we gather for worship – praying for a movement of God that will renew, revive, refocus Indiana Baptists upon the Cross purpose of the Lord Jesus. I am not looking for a campaign. I am looking for praying churches, praying people across Indiana.
