The Cooperative Program is the financial fuel to fund the Great Commission mission and vision of reaching every person for Jesus Christ in every town, every city, every state, and every nation.

  • When Indiana Baptists give their tithes and offerings to their local church, each church determines how much of their budget they will send through the Cooperative Program.  These funds are invested in Indiana missions, as well as national and global missions.
  • Each year, SCBI determines how much of the funds will remain in Indiana budget and how much will be forwarded on to the Southern Baptist Convention.
  • The Cooperative Program helps funds missions In Indiana, including church health, disaster relief, church and pastor leadership events and Highland Lakes Camp.
  • The Cooperative Program helps support mission work through both the North American Missions Board and International Mission Board, along with education at SBC seminaries and promotes biblical values through the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission.
