Dr. Nicholas Clark

Nicholas Clark, a native Hoosier, began serving as the Executive Director of SCBI in 2026.  Prior to that he pastored churches in Indiana and Kentucky for eighteen years.  He currently serves as an adjunct professor at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned the Ph.D., ThM., and MDiv.  Prior to serving in ministry, Dr. Clark worked in the energy industry in his hometown of Evansville.  In 2003, he graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with his bachelor’s degree and later earned an MBA in 2007.

Dr. Clark is active in the Evangelical Theological Society (ETS) and is a part of the Southern Baptist Professors of Evangelism Fellowship (SBPEF).  His fervent desire is to honor Christ by encouraging and equipping churches, pastors, and other leaders for Great Commission faithfulness.

He makes his home in Danville, IN, along with his wife Callie and their four kids.  His family is the apple of his eye.  When he gets a free moment, he enjoys a variety of diversions including botany, stamp collecting, reading history, crossword puzzles, and writing.
