Dr. Jim Shields

A life long resident of Indiana, I have the privilege of being Team Leader for Highland Lakes since December of 2013, serving on the State Convention of Baptists in Indiana Executive Leadership Team. I also serve SCBI as the Team Leader for SCBI INTEGRIS! Men’s Ministry, and as current Chairman for OM2 International Ministry.

I am married to Lana, happily so for 38 years. We are the parents of three beautiful grown daughters, and proud grandparents of three grandsons and three granddaughters.

I hold a BA from Franklin College, an MA in Leadership from Liberty Theological; a ThM in Applied Theology from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in Leadership from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
